For providers of health and social care, we also offer advice and support to meet NHS England’s Information Standard and Accessible Information Standard.

Do you have a letter or leaflet that’s hard to understand?  We can work out why it’s difficult, so you can ask for easier information.

If you have a communication need relating to a disability, you have a right to accessible information in health and social care.

We can advise on the complexity of your information, and how to improve your customers’ experience with easier language. Our multilevel approach goes far beyond a readability score.
