For information recipients

Do you have a letter or leaflet that’s hard to understand?  We can work out why it’s difficult, so you can ask for easier information.

If you have a communication need relating to a disability, you have a right to accessible information in health and social care.

For information providers and commissioners

We can assess the complexity of your information, and advise on increasing your reach and effectiveness. Our objective, multilevel approach goes far beyond a Readability Score.

For providers of health and social care, we also offer advice and support for accessible information processes and user involvement, to meet NHS England’s Information Standard and Accessible Information Standard.
